2025 Butter Sculpture
“From Moo to Marvel: Dairy Cows Power Pennsylvania”
American Dairy Association North East and the Pennsylvania Dairy Promotion Program, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, have revealed this year’s highly anticipated butter sculpture!
“From Moo to Marvel: Dairy Cows Power Pennsylvania” is the theme of the 34th butter sculpture. It celebrates the dairy industry’s rich traditions and groundbreaking environmental innovations. The sculpture features a life-sized dairy cow alongside a methane digester — a powerful renewable energy system — set against a Pennsylvania farm backdrop, with a vibrant cityscape nestled in the distance.
Pennsylvania Dairy Princess Charlotte Wallace, Pennsylvania Alternate Dairy Princess Sadie Innerst, and Pennsylvania Alternate Dairy Princess Morgan Larson (left to right) take a selfie in front of the butter sculpture.
Pennsylvania Dairy Princess Charlotte Wallace, Dairy Farmer Kacie Hershey and son Wyatt Meck of Ar-Joy Farms, Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding, and American Dairy Association North East CEO John Chrisman (left to right) stand next to this year’s butter sculpture.

Thanks to generous supporters, the program has distributed more than 36 million servings of fresh milk since inception through the charitable food network of pantries, soup kitchen, shelters, and feeding programs.
