54th Annual Butter Sculpture Unveiled at New York State Fair

This morning, ADA North East and New York dairy farmers unveiled the annual butter sculpture at the New York State Fair. Sponsored by Wegman’s the 54^th annual sculpture – “Refuel Her Greatness, Celebrating the 50^th Anniversary of Title IX” – spotlights female athletes and how today’s athletes refuel with chocolate milk.

Special guest Elle St. Pierre, Vermont dairy farmer and U.S. Olympic athlete and professional runner participated in the unveiling, along New York State Commissioner of Agriculture Richard Ball and New York State Dairy Ambassador Gabby Taylor.
