Nearly 1,000 track and field, wrestling and skiing student athletes in the Washington, D.C., area and in New York State recently refueled with chocolate milk at their state championships thanks to dairy farmers’ support. Refuel with Chocolate Milk is an official sponsor for several state championships of the six high school athletic associations in our region as part of ADA North East’s sports marketing program.
The program is designed to reach student athletes with the health benefits of chocolate milk to help reach peak performance. In addition to the Washington D.C., and New York associations, we partner with Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association, Maryland Public Schools Secondary Athletic Association, New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association and Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association.
The DCSAA indoor track and field championships were held at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. The NYSPHSAA individual wrestling championships were at the MVP Arena in Albany, N.Y., and the NYSPHSAA skiing championships were at Gore Mountain in North Creek, N.Y.
